Structural Features:
Slewing reducer: Usually has a high degree of integration, its structure is compact, the size difference is small, which is conducive to the flattening of the structural form of the series transmission connecting parts, thus reducing the size of the entire mechanical equipment. In addition, slewing reducers may adopt worm gear transmission structures to achieve reverse self-locking functions, improving operational stability and safety.
Ordinary reducer: Diverse structures, including single-stage cylindrical gear reducers, double-stage cylindrical gear reducers, single-stage bevel gear reducers, and bevel-cylindrical gear reducers. These reducers are designed and manufactured according to specific transmission ratios, torques, and speeds.
Functional Characteristics:
Slewing reducer: In addition to the basic functions of speed reduction and torque increase, it also emphasizes the stability and accuracy of slewing motion. It may have a greater torque output capacity to meet the heavy load requirements in slewing motion. At the same time, the slewing reducer may also have a reverse self-locking function to prevent accidental rotation or reversal.
Ordinary reducer: Mainly focuses on the effect of speed reduction and torque increase, as well as the performance of transmission efficiency, noise, and vibration. They may be optimized and designed specifically according to specific application scenarios and needs.
