Gear oil type is selected based on ambient temperature and speed
The selection of lubricating oil for the slewing reducer needs to be determined based on the ambient temperature and the output shaft speed:

Ambient temperature 0℃ to 30℃

Output shaft speed above 100 rpm: It is recommended to use 150 gear oil
Speed below 100 rpm: It is suggested to use 220 gear oil
Ambient temperature -10℃ to 15℃

Output shaft speed above 100 rpm: Select 68 gear oil
Speed below 100 rpm: 100 gear oil is applicable

Lubrication Management

New gear oil should be replaced after continuous operation for 200-300 hours for the first time
The reducer in long-term operation should replace the oil every 5000 hours or annually
New oil should be replaced before restarting after shutdown; mixing different types of oil is prohibited
Special Scene Adaptation
For slewing reducers with worm gear transmission, due to their reverse self-locking characteristics, it is recommended to prioritize extreme pressure gear oil (such as 70# or 90#) to enhance wear resistance. If the working conditions are harsh (high load, frequent start and stop), consider adding additives such as sealing regulators.
